I have been teaching at Fox Meadow Intermediate Center since the fall of 2009 and was employed by the Nettleton Public Schools in the fall of 2007.
I currently teach reading and math interventions in grades 3-5.
My teaching career begain in the spring of 1991 in Strawberry, Arkansas, teaching K-12 special education. I then taught 5th-6th grade special education in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas.
I have also taught private piano lessons, children’s church and Sunday school.
I have been married for 40 years. My husband and I have three daughters, all grown and all living out of state. I also have four grandchildren.
When not teaching, my favorite activity is sewing. I love making quilts and smocking, and creating matching clothes for my granddaughter and her doll.
I also love cooking, trying new recipes, and reading.
